We are urgently hiring 2 Female Arabic Receptionists for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain
. The ideal candidates will provide professional front‑desk and guest‑service support while maintaining the high standards of presentation, communication, and hospitality expected within a luxury resort environment.

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage front‑desk enquiries, calls, and guest requests.
• Handle guest check‑in and check‑out procedures when required.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate reception records and documentation.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Deliver high‑quality guest service in line with luxury hospitality standards.

• Female candidates only.
• Arabic-speaking is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist / Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Agent preferred.
• Hotel or resort experience is strongly preferred.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and front‑office system knowledge.
• Ability to communicate confidently with guests.
• Flexible to work shifts according to hotel requirements.
• Positive, professional, and guest‑focused attitude.
