We are seeking an energetic, visionary, and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team, elevate guest experiences, and drive operational excellence while honoring the legacy of a hotel that has played a part in Abu Dhabi's remarkable growth.

As Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, strong financial results, and a positive workplace culture. This role requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest service standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction, reputation management, and service excellence initiatives.
• Manage and develop a high‑performing team through effective leadership and coaching.
• Maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining cost efficiencies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and the local community.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all departments.

• Proven experience in hotel operations leadership within the hospitality industry.
• Strong commercial acumen and business management skills.
• Passion for guest service and people leadership.
• Ability to inspire teams and create a culture of excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE/GCC hospitality experience is a must.
• Has held a hotel management position with tangible success record for at least 3 years.
