We are seeking a friendly customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Concierge in El-Ain As a concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting with their needs during their stay This is an excellent opportunity for recent Indian graduates who are looking to start their career in the hospitality industry

• Greet guests and assist with check-incheck-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel amenities services and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Arrange transportation reservations and other services as requested by guests
• Maintain a clean and tidy lobby area at all times
• Assist with luggage handling when needed
• Ensure that all guest requests and inquiries are followed up on in a timely manner

• Fluency in English verbal and written
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university preferably in Hospitality or Tourism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to work well under pressure
• No previous experience required
• full training will be provided

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation within walking distance of the hotel
