We are hiring a part-time concierge for our luxury hotel in El-Ain. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. This is an ideal position for someone looking to supplement their income while gaining experience in the hospitality industry.

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and transportation
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area

• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of local area attractions and events
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have own transportation to/from work
