Concierge - English Speaking (Temporary)

We are in search of a friendly and customer-service oriented Concierge to join our team in El-Ain. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay by providing exceptional service and assistance throughout their visit.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
• Provide information about local attractions, events, and restaurants
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, or other services
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, hours of operation, and policies
• Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure the well-being of guests

• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Pakistani nationality preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities

We offer a salary of 1400$ per month for this temporary position.

This position includes free visa sponsorship and travel ticket to El-Ain. However, accommodation is not provided.
