Concierge

We are searching for a friendly and reliable Concierge to join our team in El-Ain. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1200$.

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services as requested by guests.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of expenses.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.

• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to live on-site in provided accommodation.
