Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a professional and dedicated Concierge Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, and other services
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby area and assist with luggage handling
• Handle cash transactions for services provided by the hotel

• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and poise
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: 1000$ per month plus benefits.

City:
El-Ain, Philippines (Filipino nationality preferred) or Nepal (Neapali nationality preferred).
