We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee our international workforce in El-Ain. As a Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a diverse team of employees from different backgrounds and nationalities. • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent from India, Africa, and other English-speaking countries
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive necessary training and support
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve employee performance
• Foster a supportive and inclusive work culture that promotes diversity and teamwork
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the international workforce
• Manage employee schedules, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks
• Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations in El-Ain to ensure compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Ability to adapt to different cultures and work styles
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of employment laws in El-Ain is preferred
