By leading customer service, facility operations, and technical delivery, the Branch Manager is crucial to maintaining Medeem’s standards of care.
This role is offered on a one-year renewable contract with strong potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
What You Will Do- Lead branch operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, and culturally sensitive service delivery.
- Oversee technical and outsourced services
, ensuring counselling and training programs meet professional, ethical, and contractual standards. - Manage customer service performance
, ensuring beneficiaries receive accurate, timely, and supportive assistance. - Drive innovation and continuous improvement across service delivery and operational processes.
- Ensure facility readiness and safety
, maintaining smooth daily operations. - Monitor the delivery of counselling and training programs
, including in‑person, virtual, and hybrid formats, and ensure follow‑ups and interventions when needed. - Ensure service quality and compliance with safeguarding, confidentiality, and government regulations through regular reviews and audits.
- Manage resources and performance
, including budgeting, scheduling, KPI tracking, and operational reporting. - Represent the branch in community engagements, stakeholder partnerships, inspections, and inter-agency meetings.
- 5–7 years of operational management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role within social services, community programs, or government service centers.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support high‑performing teams.
- Strong operational management capabilities in planning, organizing, and overseeing service delivery and resources.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, compliance, and adherence to policies and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counselling, public administration, business administration, or a related field.
