Mason

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in El‑Ain, Egypt. The role is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for non‑Egyptian nationals.

• Supervise a team of masons and assign tasks accordingly
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and to high quality standards
• Train new masons and provide ongoing guidance to improve their skills
• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy
• Order materials needed for projects and maintain inventory
• Conduct safety inspections on job sites to ensure compliance with regulations

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason Supervisor in the construction industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
• In‑depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools and equipment
• Ability to read project plans and blueprints accurately
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Valid work permit or visa sponsorship available for non‑Egyptian nationals
