Job Description Role Summary
Honed expertise in managing projects across all development phases using best-practice project delivery methodologies. Proven track record in overseeing the full spectrum of project management functions, including techno-commercial evaluation, procurement, construction, cost and risk management, supply chain, safety, and stakeholder communication.
Hands-on experience in leading and structuring large‑scale bids and business deals, with a strong grasp of contract review and drafting for leases, contractors, and consultants—ensuring project profitability and operational excellence. Adept at leading cross‑functional teams toward achieving project and business goals.
A critical thinker with strong analytical, mathematical, and reporting skills—skilled in evaluating cost and schedule performance to drive project efficiency and value delivery. Recognized for enthusiastic leadership, consistent achievement, and a results‑driven approach, with demonstrated capability in liaising with government and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
Strategic Leadership- Develop and implement business strategies and long‑term goals in line with the company’s vision
- Identify new business opportunities in MEP for all sectors.
- Drive innovation and adopt modern construction technologies and sustainable practices.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including engineering, procurement, project execution, quality, and HSE compliance.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Optimize resource utilization and cost‑efficiency across all departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Lead bid decisions, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and adjust business plans accordingly.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure strong financial health, profitability, and risk management.
- Approve high‑level expenditures and investment decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team.
- Promote a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and corporate governance policies.
- Ensure the company adheres to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Mitigate operational and legal risks through proactive policies and oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the contracting company of MEP industry, with at least 5 years in a C-level or GM role.
- Proven track record in managing large‑scale MEP projects (in Abu Dhabi) and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of regional market dynamics, construction laws, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Monthly Basic Salary : AED 50,000.00
