We are hiring an experienced Indian Manager to join our team in El-Ain

As a Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and managing the staff of our company Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth running of our business and to achieve financial targets

• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance and profitability
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the companys operations including sales marketing finance and human resources
• Monitor employee productivity provide feedback and assist with performance evaluations
• Create and maintain budgets forecasts and reports on financial performance
• Identify potential problems or risks and take appropriate measures to prevent or resolve them
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and legal regulations

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Manager in a similar role
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Indian culture is preferred but not required
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
• Must be able to work without accommodation
