Project manager job vacancy in El-Ain UAE
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. The position requires an individual who can plan, coordinate and implement projects within the given time frame and budget. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, understand their needs, and take appropriate action to meet those needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project work streams from initiation through to completion, ensuring that all tasks are delivered on time and within budget. They will also ensure that all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project's scope and objectives, as well as any changes that may arise during the course of the project. Additionally, they will provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, identify potential problems or conflicts before they arise, and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners/vendors. They should possess excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail; able to multi-task efficiently while managing competing priorities; possess strong problem solving skills; have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
be results oriented and have a can-do attitude.
