We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Manager to oversee our English-speaking jobs in El-Ain, Egypt. As a part-time role, this position offers flexible hours and is ideal for individuals with experience looking to supplement their income or students seeking practical work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Indian employees, ensuring that they meet performance targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for recruiting and training new employees, as well as handling any issues or concerns that may arise. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to work independently. Only candidates with their own visa will be considered.

• Manage a team of Indian employees in our English-speaking jobs department
• Set and monitor performance targets for team members
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained by the team
• Recruit and train new employees as needed
• Handle any issues or concerns raised by team members or customers
• Maintain accurate records of employee performance and attendance
• Collaborate with other managers to improve department processes and procedures

• Experience in a managerial role is preferred
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have own visa for working in Egypt

We offer competitive compensation of 1000$ per month for this part-time position.
