Job Overview

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager – Toyota Al Ain to lead service operations and deliver strong business performance while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

The role is responsible for the overall performance of the aftersales operation, including revenue growth, profitability, operational efficiency, customer retention, team development, and compliance with Toyota standards.

• Lead and motivate the aftersales team to achieve revenue, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage day-to-day service center operations and continuously improve efficiency and service quality.
• Develop a customer-focused culture that supports customer loyalty, retention, and improved satisfaction scores.
• Manage branch financial performance and identify opportunities for revenue and profitability growth.
• Work closely with workshop, parts, CRM, and other internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Coach and develop employees while building a strong pipeline of future automotive leaders.
• Ensure compliance with Toyota brand standards, HSSE requirements, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Review operational data and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize workforce, workshop capacity, resources, and processes to improve overall service performance.
• Lead continuous improvement and change initiatives across aftersales operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and commercial experience within automotive aftersales or dealership operations.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Proven experience managing automotive aftersales or service operations.
• Strong understanding of dealership service processes and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience managing P&L, revenue, profitability, and operational performance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience developing and managing high-performing teams.
• Experience implementing process improvements and operational changes.
• Good knowledge of ERP, reporting, and business management systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Engineering, Business Management

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive dealerships

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in aftersales or service operations

• Demonstrated experience improving financial performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong people management, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
