- Promote products and services, identify new sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction to maximize profits.
- Adhere to all Zahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.
- Market Knowledge: conduct market research to identify potential customers; analyze market trends to identify new products and understand advantages and disadvantages; plan and assist with new product releases and events; maintain technical knowledge through educational activities and professional networks.
- Business Development: establish contact with new customers, provide product demonstrations, gather feedback, follow up to negotiate contracts and packages, ensure contract details comply with rules and regulations, and coordinate with Procurement & Logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
- Marketing: coordinate with Marketing for materials, maintain relationships with existing customers, recommend new products and services, perform product demonstrations, answer questions professionally and promptly, and suggest service improvements to grow revenue while upholding Zahrawi standards.
- Operating Theatre (If Applicable): assist in surgeries by supporting doctors and nurses with equipment-related issues.
- Data Tracking: prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and maintain accurate records of all products sold.
- Orders: place orders with the concerned purchase coordinator.
- Invoicing: coordinate with Finance for proper invoicing and follow up on collection/payments.
- Delivery: coordinate with the warehouse for timely deliveries.
- Application: conduct training sessions for customers, assist with equipment usage, and resolve issues they may face.
- Contributing to team effort by achieving annual targets and assisting the team as needed.
- Additional details: Candidates are preferred to be based in UAE. Must have valid UAE driving license.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience related to operating theatre is required.
