The traditional trade manager is responsible for managing and developing the traditional trade channel across assigned territories to drive sales, distribution, visibility, and market share.
- Developing and implementing the TT channel strategy
- Leading and motivating the TT sales team
- Managing and growing distribution across groceries, wholesalers, and independent retailers
- Monitoring and analyzing channel performance, customer insights, and market trends
- Ensuring execution of monthly trade promotions, visibility plans, and activations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and distributors
- Coordinating with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams
- Optimizing route-to-market models, improving coverage, and productivity
- Managing trade budgets, ensuring effective ROI on investments
- Monitoring pricing, credit limits, and payment collections in alignment with company policies
