Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in hypermarkets and supermarkets. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships in modern trade, a solid understanding of fresh produce sales and a passion for organic food and sustainable agriculture.

This position directly reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for organic vegetables in hypermarkets and supermarkets.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with buyers, category managers and retail partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, promotions and shelf placement.
  • Forecast sales, plan demand and coordinate with farm operations and logistics teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer demand.
  • Ensure consistent product availability, quality standards and timely deliveries.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably Fruits & vegetables
  • Proven experience selling to hypermarkets and supermarkets (modern trade)
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of fresh vegetable supply chains
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required
  • Passion for organic farming and sustainable food systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network with retail buyers and distributors
  • Experience with organic standards
  • Familiarity with pricing strategies and promotional planning in modern trade
