Sales Manager for Indian Market in El-Ain

We are searching for a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Indian market. This is a part‑time position with a competitive salary of $1,200 per month. The ideal candidate will have experience working in sales, preferably in the Indian market, and be fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base in the Indian market.
• Identify potential clients and build relationships with them through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing team to create targeted campaigns for the Indian market.
• Train and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets and contribute to overall company success.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably focused on the Indian market.
• Fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
