Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in El‑Ain, Egypt.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend trade shows, conferences and other events to promote the hotel’s services.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus.
• Valid biometric passport.

We offer a competitive salary of $1,500 per month for this full‑time position.
