Location: Al Ain, UAE

Salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month + Attractive Commission

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive (Estimator Responsibilities Included) to join our growing team in Al Ain
. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in the flooring industry, with the ability to manage client relationships, conduct site visits, prepare accurate estimates, and close sales opportunities.

This role is suitable for a proactive professional who can combine strong sales skills with technical estimation knowledge to support business growth and deliver excellent customer service.

• Conduct client site visits and take accurate measurements.
• Prepare detailed estimates, quotations, and cost proposals.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide suitable flooring solutions.
• Follow up with clients to convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Resolve client concerns, complaints, and project‑related issues in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and estimation w
  ithin a flooring company.
• Strong knowledge of flooring materials, site measurements, and quotation preparation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage site visits independently.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Must be presentable, target-driven, and customer-focused.

• Monthly salary:
  AED 3,500 – 4,500
• Attractive commission based on sales performance
