Position: Sales Agent (Emiratization) – UAE Nationals Only

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious UAE Nationals to join our growing real estate team as Sales Agents. Whether you are a fresh graduate or an experienced sales professional, we welcome your application. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating with clients, and creating new business opportunities in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Eligibility

UAE National with a valid Family Book. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of local clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, and personal connections.
  • Conduct client outreach through calls, messages, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities.
  • Present and promote our developers’ projects professionally.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Build long‑term client relationships and provide excellent customer service.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage, but not mandatory.
