Hotel Sales Manager

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales excellent communication skills and experience in the hospitality industry As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and attract new business You must have a biometric passport and be able to travel for business purposes This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling networking and attending industry events
• Build strong relationships with customers including corporate clients travel agents event planners and other potential sources of business
• Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth or improvement
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with fluency in English
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
