Sales Manager (Indian Nationality) in El-Ain, Egypt

A reputable company in El-Ain is seeking an experienced Sales Manager with Indian nationality to join our team As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all sales activities within the company This includes developing sales strategies setting sales targets and monitoring the performance of the sales team

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
• Set sales targets for the team and ensure they are met
• Monitor and analyze market trends competitors and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activities for management review
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing finance and operations to support overall business objectives

• Indian nationality is preferred for this role
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the sales industry
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Ability to analyze market trends competitors and customer needs
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
