We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain As a member of our sales team you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing room bookings through effective sales strategies
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
- Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Bachelors degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales preferably in El-Ain
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$
