Hotel Sales Manager

As a Hotel Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy in our hotel located in El-Ain India. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will be expected to build relationships with potential clients and maintain existing ones to generate new business opportunities.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and other potential customers
• Attend industry events and promote the hotel's services
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery for clients
• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve their targets
• Monitor competition and adapt strategies accordingly

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with market trends and customer needs in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
