Sales Executive

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and identify their vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, and benefits to customers.
• Promote Ali & Sons services available at the point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance, and after-sales services.
• Recommend suitable optional equipment, accessories, and additional products based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and communicate accurate vehicle pricing, discounts, financing requirements, and quotations.
• Advise customers on the current and upcoming availability of new and used vehicle models.
• Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New & Used Car Storekeeper.
• Coordinate with the Sales Customer Relations Representative regarding vehicle registration and insurance.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on available models, features, promotions, and market developments.
• Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive/car sales industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Arabic is preferred.
• Computer literate with good knowledge of standard office applications.
• Presentable, proactive, customer-focused, and highly motivated to succeed in a premium automotive environment.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
