Sales Manager

A dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager is needed to join our growing team in El-Ain The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships with potential clients
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales strategies
• Monitor competitors activities and adjust strategies accordingly

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in the sales industry
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field MBA is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English is preferred Arabic is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month as well as commission based on performance

This position does not include accommodation but we are happy to assist with finding suitable housing

Candidates should have their own visa or be willing to obtain one
