Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of hands‑on experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting within an FM environment. Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.
Responsibilities- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems.
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, and wiring.
- Identify electrical faults and carry out corrective actions safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE electrical standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Conduct preventive and planned maintenance as per schedules.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and emergencies.
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands‑on experience as an electrician in FM, construction, or maintenance environments.
- Good knowledge of LV systems, lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety practices and use of PPE.
