Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Handyman to join our team in El-Ain India. As a Handyman you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for residential and commercial properties. You must have excellent manual dexterity and be able to use various hand and power tools effectively. Your attention to detail and problem‑solving skills will be crucial in ensuring that all tasks are completed with quality and efficiency.

This is a contract job without accommodation so we prefer candidates who are currently living in or near El-Ain.

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions in a timely manner.
• Install fixtures, appliances and equipment as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies.
• Communicate with clients to understand their maintenance needs.
• Complete all tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, lifting etc.
• Indian nationality preferred due to visa requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.
