Instrument Technician – El‑Ain
We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in El‑Ain. As an Instrument Technician you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and calibrating various types of instruments and equipment used in manufacturing processes. This is a full‑time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance on instruments and equipment including cleaning, lubrication and calibration.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty components or parts.
- Test instruments and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Document all maintenance activities in logs or reports.
- Keep inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed.
- Communicate with other technicians and team members to coordinate maintenance schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry.
- Familiarity with various types of instrumentation such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, etc.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Good problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces if necessary.
- Associate degree in Instrumentation Technology or related field.
- Experience working with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Knowledge of safety instrumented systems (SIS).
- Fluent in Arabic language.
