Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians and mechanics ensuring efficient execution of electromechanical tasks.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation, maintenance, and repair operations.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems, adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2‑5 years of hands‑on experience in the electromechanical field, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Extensive experience in industrial environments, preferably in manufacturing, oil & gas, or construction sectors.
