- Lead and mentor junior team members while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on complex projects.
- Operate and maintain specialized machinery and equipment with a high degree of precision and efficiency.
- Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute intricate tasks accurately.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on equipment failures, implementing effective repair solutions.
- Possess a relevant trade certification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) or equivalent.
- Demonstrate 1–3 years of progressive experience in a similar skilled labour capacity.
- Be proficient in operating and maintaining industry–specific tools and heavy machinery.
- Have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
