Carpenter job in El-Ain UAE
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1600 AED per month along with other benefits.
Responsibilities- Read blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine the type of material required, the measurements needed, or the methods of assembly
- Cut or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials
- Construct building frameworks including walls, floors, and door frames
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using a ruler, pencils or marking gauge
- Join materials together using nails, screws or adhesives
- Install fixtures such as windows and doors
- Erect scaffolding to provide support during construction activities
- Construct cabinets or other items by assembling cut material
- Proven experience as a carpenter
- Ability to read technical plans and drawings
- Excellent knowledge of wood properties and other materials used in carpentry work
- Excellent physical condition as well as good stamina and strength for manual labor tasks
- Proficient in using power tools such as saws, sanders, drills etc.
