Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in El-Ain. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our facilities, including equipment, machinery, and buildings. You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting equipment and buildings, identifying issues, and making repairs
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine the best course of action for repairs
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and report any major issues to management
• Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete larger projects or tasks
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
• Offer suggestions for improving processes or procedures to increase efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a facility or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repair techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary: $1000 per month

Contract job:
This is a full-time contract position with the possibility for long-term employment based on performance.

Experience required:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
