Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Perform mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on high-speed bottling and utility equipment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore machinery quickly and safely
.
Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring equipment failures.
Replace mechanical parts and maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
.
Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and daily CLTI routines to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
Follow KORE, Safety, GMP and 5S standards at all times.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.
Technical qualification/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Relevant experience in mechanical maintenance
, preferably within a beverage/FMCG manufacturing environment
.
Hands-on experience with high-speed bottling/production equipment and utilities is highly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and breakdown-maintenance skills.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance and RCA
.
Familiarity with GMP, 5S, safety and maintenance standards
.
Ability to work effectively in rotating/multi-shift schedules
.
Experience in handling Krones, Sidel and KHS
