We are urgently hiring an experienced Kitchen Technician for a luxury hotel/resort in Al Ain, UAE
.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing different types of commercial kitchen equipment and ensuring equipment remains safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Perform routine inspections of kitchen equipment.
- Respond promptly to kitchen equipment breakdowns.
- Repair or replace faulty components where required.
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate maintenance requirements with relevant departments.
- Maintain tools and work areas in good condition.
- Follow hotel/resort maintenance and safety procedures.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Technician or similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment.
- Good understanding of commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Hotel, resort, restaurant, hospitality, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and respond to equipment breakdowns.
- Male candidates only.
