- Oversee the installation maintenance and repair of HVAC systems ensuring all work meets industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions
- Coordinate with project managers and other contractors to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems in new constructions or renovations
- Develop and manage a preventive maintenance schedule that minimizes downtime and maximizes system efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- technical diploma or degree in HVAC technology is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in HVAC systems management, with a proven track record in a supervisory role
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling is mandatory
- additional certifications (e.g., NATE, HVAC Excellence) are a plus
- Experience in commercial HVAC systems is preferred, with a strong understanding of both residential and industrial applications
