Skilled Handyman in Al Buraymi - Visa Sponsorship Available

A reputable construction company in Al Buraymi is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks within our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, as well as the ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing repairs, and electrical work
• Troubleshoot and repair various issues within properties
• Install fixtures and appliances as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues
  
  Maintain accurate records of all work completed
• Communicate with property managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Must have own tools and transportation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. Additionally, we provide visa sponsorship for international candidates.
