Handyman Residential Properties

We are hiring a qualified and experienced Handyman to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential properties. This job is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and has a strong work ethic.

• Conduct routine inspections of residential properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Fix and replace household appliances as needed
• Repair or replace damaged furniture and fixtures
• Paint walls and perform basic carpentry work
• Install new fixtures such as lighting or ceiling fans
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
• Must have a valid biometric passport
• Fluent in Malayalam (Malayalee preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
