We are a busy property management company in Al-Malikiyah seeking an experienced handyman to join our team This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month
Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing electrical and carpentry work
- Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues in residential and commercial properties
- Maintain and repair equipment tools and machinery as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Communicate with tenants to address any maintenance concerns or requests
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to standard
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a related field
- Proficient in plumbing electrical and carpentry work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English Arabic is a plus
- Valid residence visa or ability to obtain own visa for employment
