Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to improve performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs and competitor activities in the Indian market preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission based on performance.
Full-time position with an immediate start date.
