Our wedding planning company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Wedding Planner Assistant. This position is specifically for candidates of Pakistani nationality who do not require English proficiency and have no prior experience in the field.

As a Wedding Planner Assistant, you will provide support to our experienced wedding planners in creating and executing beautiful and memorable weddings. This is an ideal opportunity for students or those seeking entry-level positions in the wedding planning industry.

• Assisting with all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and timeline creation
• Communicating with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
• Conducting research on vendors, venues, and other wedding-related services
• Drafting contracts and proposals for clients
• Participating in site visits and walkthroughs with clients
• Providing on-site assistance during weddings to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Must be of Pakistani nationality
• Fluent in Urdu or other Pakistani languages
• No prior experience required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication skills
