Wedding Planner vacancy in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. A reputable wedding planning company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly experienced and talented Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding day, ensuring that their special day runs smoothly and according to their vision.

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
• Develop detailed plans for the wedding day, including timelines and budgets
• Source and book vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor payments
• Coordinate with venue staff to ensure all logistical details are in place
• Create and manage guest lists and seating arrangements
• Oversee the design and decor of the wedding venue
• Provide support and assistance on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative mindset with a passion for weddings and event planning
• Knowledge of local vendors, venues, and resources in Al-Rayyan is preferred but not required
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Pakistani nationality preferred but not required

$900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is an urgent position with immediate start date. The selected candidate will be responsible for finding their own accommodation in Al-Rayyan. Visa sponsorship will be provided if necessary.
