Wedding Planner Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Wedding Planner Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an assistant, you will work closely with our senior wedding planner to help plan and execute weddings for our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month, and accommodation will be provided.

• Assist the senior wedding planner in all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management
• Communicate with clients to understand their vision for the wedding and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event and ensure that all vendors are aware of their responsibilities
• Participate in site visits and meetings with clients to ensure everything is running smoothly
• Assist with set up and break down of events, including decorations and other details
• Stay updated on industry trends and new vendors to provide fresh ideas to clients

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in event planning or hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software is a plus
• Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
