Indian Wedding Planner in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

• Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
• Create and present detailed proposals for weddings including venue options, decor ideas, and vendor recommendations
• Coordinate all aspects of the wedding planning process including booking vendors, creating timelines, and managing budgets
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on wedding plans and address any concerns or questions they may have
• Attend vendor meetings and conduct site visits to ensure all details are in place for the wedding day
• Oversee the setup and execution of the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly according to plan
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the wedding day

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Wedding Planner, preferably within the Indian community in Qatar
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Hindi required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple weddings simultaneously
• Knowledge of traditional Indian wedding customs and traditions
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
