Art Director - Creative Design (Indian Nationals)
As an Art Director for our creative design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual style and direction of our company's marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and overall creative output. Based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, this role is ideal for Indian nationals who have a strong background in graphic design and a deep understanding of Indian culture and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with our brand goals and target audience.
- Lead a team of designers and provide guidance on visual direction, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for all marketing materials.
- Create compelling designs for various mediums including print, digital, social media, and video.
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to our campaigns.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or in-house design team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design across various mediums.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of Indian culture and aesthetics is essential.
- Ability to lead a team and provide clear direction on visual direction.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working on branding projects is preferred.
