Video Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Content Creator to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for our online platforms. This includes creating and editing video clips, as well as assisting with video shoots and post-production tasks.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the content team to develop video concepts that align with our brand and target audience
Record and edit professional quality videos using various software and tools
Assist with planning and executing video shoots, including setting up lighting, sound equipment, and camera equipment
Work closely with the social media team to ensure videos are optimized for different platforms
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our videos
Assist with post-production tasks such as color correction, audio mixing, and adding graphics or text overlays
Manage video files and ensure they are properly stored and organized
Contribute ideas for new types of video content that can engage our audience

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording
Excellent storytelling skills and ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content
Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective video requirements
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
A passion for creating high-quality videos that resonate with audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, candidates who meet one or more of the following criteria will be given preference:

Experience creating videos for online platforms in an African context
Fluency in English
Experience working in a multicultural environment
