Art Director - English Speaking (Qatar)

We are currently seeking a highly creative and talented Art Director to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the creative process, from concept development to execution, for various projects ranging from print to digital media.

• Develop and execute creative concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity
• Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, marketers, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
• Oversee the creation of visual assets for various mediums such as print ads, social media posts, website graphics, etc.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the quality of our work
• Present ideas and designs to clients and incorporate feedback into final deliverables
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery within deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director in a fast-paced agency or design studio environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects across different mediums
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior designers
