We are hiring a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of Malayalee weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the execution of the event. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the wedding planning industry.

• Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for the wedding
• Assist clients with selecting vendors and venues that fit their preferences and budget
• Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event leading up to the wedding day
• Coordinate all logistics including transportation, decorations, catering, and entertainment
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Fluent in Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or relevant role in event planning
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of delivering successful weddings/events

• Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Al-Rayyan area
• Passionate about Malayalee culture and traditions
• Creative mindset with an eye for design
